We started our day off with Health class, where we made ‘I Will’ statements that outlined our personal fitness and health goals. Keep working towards your goals!
In History, the grade sevens worked the questions on Page 53 about Acadia, while the grade eights had the time to work on their history projects, which are due next Wednesday (October 29).
In Mathematics, the class worked independently on Problem C of Problem of the Week, called ‘Reach for the Top.’ The Governor reminded us to use formula, substitution and calculation. As well, he showed us a step-by-step process to solve the question. The link to the question is http://cemc.uwaterloo.ca/resources/potw/2014-15/POTWC-14-ME-NN-PA-06-P.pdf.
In French, we completed the Space Jam movie, which was dubbed in French.
In Library, we completed our bibliography charts. We will be working on our Social Justice projects next week, so remember to form groups. Also, please bring information in the form of an electronic device, books or printed out info next class (Thursday, October 30). If you do not, you will have to work alone.
